Operation Bug Bite

Vivien and I set off for Belize and Guatemala in early April. First stop was the Caves Branch Jungle Lodge in the Cayo District just south of Belmopan where we rappelled from 300 foot cliffs and spelunked through caves and waterfalls. Next was Guatemala where we explored the Mayan ruins at Tikal. Finally, we headed out to Ambergris Caye where we stayed at the Salamander Hideaway, relaxed by the beach, went fishing, sailed around in a catamaran and went diving and snorkeling. Lots of fun, lots of bug bites.
